About Us

The Camerata Quartet is a traditional string quartet …with a twist!

We perform throughout the Southeast for weddings, corporate events and private parties of all sizes. We have played Bach at the Biltmore, Cole Porter at Callaway Gardens, Metallica at The Mansion and everything in between! Our musicians are graduates of the finest music schools and conservatories, ensuring a wide variety of music played with the highest level of musicianship and professionalism.

Why String Quartet?

We specialize in string quartet performances because our years of experience demonstrate that this combination offers the most varied repertoire options and the most musical enjoyment for the audience. In general a quartet produces the fullest and richest sound and can be used for any ceremony, cocktail hour or corporate event. However, if your budget does not allow for a full quartet, we also offer string trios, duos and solo musicians. We will be honored to provide just the right kind of ensemble for the style and budget of your event.

This is the fun part! Below you will find a list of traditional classical music, as well as a partial list of our popular tunes. We also perform some jazz arrangements, in addition to Latin, Jewish and Irish pieces. For more information on our repertoire, please feel free to contact us.

If you have a specific piece in mind but don’t see it on the list, just ask. There’s a chance we already have it arranged and in our repertoire. However, if not, we offer arranging services at a reasonable price.
